Project background
The staff of a Catchment Management Agency (CMA), has to work in a new organization with a –technical– staff and a governing board. These different roles ask for a good cooperation and communication between both. World Water Academy designed and delivered a three days course on strategic thinking and governmental sensitivity for the staff of CMA Inkomati and CMA Breede-Overberg.
Results
The project focussed on the interaction between the staff and the board to strengthen the CMA staff. The Dutch experience was exchanged with de CMA staff members by using interactive teaching methods.
