Project background
The City of Bulawayo approved a comprehensive and long-term MasterPlan to improve the current water supply and sanitation. The implementation is the next challenge. Six Change Agents have been selected from different departments: Financial department, Human Resources, Public Relation & Communication, technical experts and overall policy maker. World Water Academy organized a two weeks training for this team to perform as a Change Agent.
Results
This includes theory on change management, training of trainer program to get didactical skills for exchanging expertise and transfer the MasterPlan and its actions and presentation skills. Meanwhile the MasterPlan is translated into concrete Plans of Action for each of the Agents: Change Management in practice.
